Brown butter and artichoke pasta
A quick pasta tossed with nutty brown butter, crisp sage, marinated artichokes and lemon. Adapted from ICA.

Ingredients
- 25 g butter
- 1 dl sage leaves
- 1 jar marinated artichokes in oil (à 290 g)
- 350 g tagliatelle
- 2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1 dl finely grated parmesan
- 150 g cold-smoked salmon, cut into strips
Directions
- Brown the butter, take off the heat and add the sage. Drain the artichokes and cut into smaller pieces.
- Cook the pasta according to the package and drain. Toss the pasta with the brown butter, artichokes, lemon zest and parmesan, then gently fold in the cold-smoked salmon.
